They did an excellent job and when they offered extra services accepted our decision without any further question. They were courteous and polite during the whole time they were doing there work. I first heard of Zerorez on KFOX commercials years ago on the Greg Kihn show. Then I spotted one of your trucks near my house a couple of weeks ago. So I decided to give you a try and am I glad I did!. Your technician Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional. I originally called to have my oversized family room carpet cleaned and it was done very well. I also discussed getting my 8x10 area rug cleaned. His demo to show me exactly how dirty the rug actually was sold me on having him take it back to the plant to be cleaned!! Also, on his way out the front door, he mentioned that he was able to clean my travertine tile in the entry way. I was very pleasantly surprised, first that he knew that it was travertine, and secondly that it could be cleaned. Previous cleaning companies wouldn't touch it!. Carlos cleaned it beautifully!!! It came out so well that I had a smile on my face for the next 48 hours!!! I can't wait to see what the area rug looks like when it returns! I definitely will be calling Zerorez again.

Both Alex and "J" (he had an usual name but told me to call him Jay( were very polite and accomodating. When I asked them to also clean an area rug, they actually looked at the label to make sure they used the proper product and advised me beforehand as to its additional cost.
Both the carpet and the area rug were cleaned to my satisfaction.
