Provided a window of when to expect the arrival of the Zeorez employee, he called to provide 30 minutes notice, and was prompt and efficient. He asked about specific stains, explained what was likely to happen, and what to do if the stains returned. Great service and reasonable price.

We have used a couple of times and love that there are no chemicals. The service people have been on time, checking in a couple of times the day of the appointment to ensure we were kept updated on their arrival time and they have been polite and friendly.

I don't think I had good service this time. You've had my room carpet for over three weeks and the rug was never cleaned. So many excuses. If you had ?'s I should have been calling the next day. I am truly surprised! I still think you do a good job on cleaning though.
One question-if water used is truly "drinkable, why is there a $14 water change? Especially when our water is used?

Doug did an excellent job and was finished in a timely fashion. I like the fact that there is no chemical odor when the cleaning is finished. This was my third time using Zerorez and I have always been pleased with the workmanship.
