8/25/16 Technician's took time to use product to protect wall corners! They were efficient in cleaning every inch of carpet! My carpet is clean! Treated with soil guard. Careful with moving furniture and putting protective plastic under each leg.
This service included furnace vent cleaning with new efficient washable filters!
I will continue to have service every 6 months to keep carpet clean and my house fresh smelling.

My staircase carpet was very soiled from high traffic use. Ed, the technician, mentioned that we would probably have a "shadow" area on the stairs after the cleaning but he would do his best to get it thoroughly cleaned. Much to my amazement, he did just that. I was very impressed by his knowledge, and efficiency. He was on time and completed the work in just under an hour. Ed was very friendly and professional. He gave me clear instructions about the drying process and when to return the furniture to its place, etc. Making a reservation was easy over the phone, and I got an appointment within a week of calling. Scheduler was very personable and efficient. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience.
