I love that there's no chemical smell afterwards. The carpets are cleaner than with regular carpet cleaning and they stay clean longer (I used Zero Bay Area Rez once before. You carpet cleaners are very thorough and professional!

With Zerorez my carpet looks and smells clean and fresh and it stays that way for many months. I like that the fluid used to clean carpets is free of dangerous chemicals or soap. In addition, the Zerorez employees are always very professional.

While he was there another person in the building saw the work he was doing and plans on calling for a carpet cleaning. My rugs are very old and were pretty dirty. But they look great. It took a few days for them to dry completely but I thought that would be the case. My husband, who is very picky thought they looked good. I will use your service again and will definitely recommend your company to others.

The technician that came to our house ( Freddy ) was pleasant and seemed to care about what he was doing. Told us about the fabric and upholstery protectant that can be used after the cleaning service which we decided to have applied . We will definitely use Zerorez again whe needed.

The young man that cleaned my carpets was kind, helpful, polite and very good at his job. He managed with ease to move some heavy furniture that I was going to leave in place. Consequently, more area of my carpet was cleaned. They look so nice, clean and fresh. I'm now ready for the holidays and my family gathering at the "old homestead."
