Our technician was very knowledgable regarding all of the services available. We were told relevant facts , time involvement and products that were available to the home consumer that we hadn't heard of previously. Love the fact that the carpet, once cleaned, is almost totally dry unlike regular steam cleaning! And, with spot cleaning, the carpets look great and no "cleaner" smell. Today I had two upholstered chairs cleaned and they got almost all the stains out and almost dry again.

The technicians, Ed and Jack, were very professional and efficient.

Since it was just done a few hours ago, I don't know yet, so far carpet looks great, free of stains and your techs were very informative and friendly!
