The tech, Freddy, was affable and efficient – an excellent representative for your company. What I like best about your service is that the carpets are left with a chemical smell, and, usually, most stains come out. What I don't like is that you charge twice as much to clean a stairway than a bedroom.

The only negative thing was that there were footprints leaving the house down the driveway that will need to be cleaned.

Appears to remove built in dirt and stains. Time will tell if they return. Stayed damp longer than desired due to cool weather and carpet fiber.
There is no odor. The carpet looks very clean even though it is an 18 yr old carpet. The service was great -on time, friendly and efficient.
