My area rug cleaned beautifully. The guys had a bit of a struggle laying it down wrinkle free but they did. They went over the bedroom carpet again as spots had reappeared since the last cleaning and I'm guessing it was from area that I'd tried cleaning myself. We'll see how it turns out.

I liked that you confirmed the appointment and that the Tech called to tell me he would arrive in 20 minutes. He was very courteous and pleasant and did a great job on the carpet. when he was done he pointed out an area that he couldn't get the stain out of, and told me whast he had done to try to get it out. It was barely noticeable so I thought it was commendable that he mentioned it. I'm very happy with the results and the service.

Tony and his assistant provided outstanding service to us. Tony called ahead and gave me information about how the rain could affect the drying time. He came early and set up things quickly. He moved things for us because both my husband and I are older. He left everything in the house clean and really made an effort to suck out all the water. He provided information about our carpet and how to keep it looking good. Shared that the carpet in the bedroom was worn. He cleaned the spots up nicely and went out of his way to get the carpet cleaned. I am very pleased with Zerorez. I will of course use Zerorez in the future.
