Other carpet cleaners have sent persons to my house who look, act, and talk like gang members. While I realize that Nortenos and Crips need work too, I dislike having to count my silverware after they leave. Technicians Keith and Alejandro were both polite, articulate, and responsive, true professionals who are a credit to your company. They were prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job.

The steam cleaning I have had done in the past does just as good a job, and is less expensive, than your procedure. However, I would recommend and hire your company again because of the quality of your employees.

The technicians called when they said they would, and they arrived on time. They were efficient. The rug is old, but they cleaned it well.

The office staff was professional and friendly. The technician was on time and I was informed ahead of time when they were coming. The technician (also very professional) had a good knowledge about carpeting and its care. After suggesting additional services, the technician was very respectful when I declined them. The cleaning services provided was high quality. I have used Coit and Stanley Steemer in the past. Zerorez is the best.
