The Technicians today did a great job and were very informative about carpet care and maintenance plus letting us know about other services Zerorez provides like vent cleaning.

This is the third time we've used Zerorez and once again we couldn't be happier with the results. Our phone rep was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating for our office schedule. The service technician was on time (in fact a little early) and did a fantastic job transforming our heavily soiled and stained carpet into a fresh new looking one. The product removes stains like no other we've tried and they don't reappear after time. Thanks again for another job well done.

The former visit by the Zerorez team was good, but this team was fantastic. The two men who were here are to be commended on their skill, attention to detail (they put guards under each piece of furniture, unlike the last team). They were polite and helpful and also described the process used to clean Oriental rugs, which I did not know, but will take advantage of in the future.

Initial contact was okay with the phone rep. The timing of the appointment was expedient. James the technician was efficient, clean, explained the process, got in and got out. He was polite, knowledgeable and my husband who handled the visit was very pleased. The end product is excellent. The carpets look like new and they are about 10-12 years old!

My only complaint is that I heard on the radio an offer for 3 rooms for $99.00. When I called that day they said sometimes they do 2 for $89 +another cost for the third room but the rep did not give me that price. She quoted me a total of $143 for 3 rooms. I did make the appointment but called back a few days later and said that I was unsettled about the cost because of hearing something different on the radio. I think it was Katrina who said she would lower it to $119 for 3 rooms + water cost. My final cost was $133.00. Not knowing your company it did enter my mind that there might have been a bait and switch going on but I was willing to give you a chance. I really feel that I should be refunded the $20 to honor what I heard on KGO. If the end product was not so great I would be pushing harder. I do appreciate this opportunity to share my thoughts.

The service is A+. The reps are friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. James and Michael were able to come earlier than our original appointment time and demonstrated the grout cleaning product for me prior to applying. They not only cleaned my carpets beautifully but they did their very best to make my bathrooms sparkle too.
