Jasiel explained everything thoroughly and was not pushy with having me add my rugs. They needed it and I was so glad that I decided to have them done properly. It has been a long time since all of this was done. I love how my wall to wall carpeting looks and my kitchen floor. Hang on to those two!!!

My Carpet is very clean . The Technicians were efficient, on time and very curtsies .
I tell everyone that since I found Zerorez, my carpets are soft and feel much cleaner. With everyone else I've had, there is a sticky residue that actually seems to collect more dirt so that the carpets never feel clean again.
Also, although the worker's van failed and had to be towed, he made it to my home, was in good spirits and very professionally cared for my home and rugs.
