I've been using Zeroez for several years. We have a dog as well as a couple of cats that decide to mark the carpet every now and then. The workers arrive on time, are well trained, add they do an excellent job. When they are done the cat markings are gone as well as the smell. The two workers that came on 3-15-17 were excellent. I also use them at a rental and our long term tenant is very pleasd with their work. D. Anderson

Our carpets look great and so does the area rug that we thought was never going to look good again. Lane and the other gentleman that came to teh house were very polite, professional and helpful; not something that is very commonplace these days unfortunately. We like the fact that no chemicals were used in the cleaning process.

As an Interior Designer and Project Manager I'm always on the lookout for new products and services. This is my first experience with Zerorez. I'm impressed. Ed was their specialist
assigned to my contract. He was very expeditious, professional and no question was left as
unanswered. I like the alkaline and extraction process. I cleaned, protected and sanitized
the carpets, so look forward to reviewing this property's condition at end of year's lease.

I like that your products clean my carpets and upholstery and make them fresh, yet DON'T leave a soap residue in the fibers like cleaning by Stanley Steemer or Coit used to happen to me when I used them before. I think my carpets seem cleaner for longer without retaining and showing dirt so quickly like they seemed to before.

All the technicians I've dealt with so far were outstanding. Knowledgeable of your product & polite. I had some time & marble cleaned & sealed in a rental home I own in Wedt Menlo Park. Very nice job. Today I had my carpet cleaned in my Woodside Home. Ed was very nice & informed me of everything involved with the job.

Technician, Ed. arrived on time after phoning ahead. He was very pleasant, very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet which was quite dirty (off white,hadn't been cleaned for 18 months). He also did my couch which now looks like new. I'm very pleased with the work done.

I had one issue. there was a line of dirt left along one wall. An oversight I know where they did not vacuum up the last row of water.

takes out spots- except for old spots in the back bedroom which came back, but are better than before-when you did my carpet-1 yr ago- I let them know about the spots from before.
Keith and Hondo were very nice, very knowledgeable and charming- THEY DID A GREAT JOB!
they were late- but that was absolutely no problem- that happens- but after 1hr delay,
a phone call would have been nice- they called after I contacted Xerorez

The experience was wonderful. I felt that my carpets were so dirty that I was embarrassed. The very nice and professional young man, Keith, assured me that he had seen worse. He walked through and explained what needed to be done with my particular carpets. He was meticulous and did an excellent job. Would definitely use and recommend Zerorez, and I would ask for Keith.
