Cleaning of the Carpets was excellent, carpets were dry the next afternoon, while it was still cool rainy/damp weather. I had the windows opened while the rugs were cleaned, and had them remain open just about 30 minutes after the technician left. I then had the furnace on the day of cleaning, and the following day as temperatures outside were cold. However, the rug was completely dry the next day at 2 PM. I think the rugs were cleaned thouroughly in the edges and corners, and under the beds/dressers as much as possible. Furniture was protected with moisure prevention blocks. I think the carpets smelled fresh, without a chemical smell, and felt soft and clean when walked on.
