There is no fragrance after the carpet is cleaned. The service representatives are very friendly and helpful and they did a good job.

Your technician was right on time. He made a recommendation for the removal and treatment of the animal stains which is accepted. He was finished within one hour and left after being paid and giving me instructions on how to place the furniture on the carpet and allowing time for the carpet to dry. All in all a very pleasant visit.

Zerorez has done a stellar job for me cleaning my carpets and removing hard-to-treat stains each time I've used them. They have consistently charged less than competitors but done more for me as a client. Another company came and charged me double what Zerorez charged to treat my pet stain, but the stain reappeared the next day. I called Zerorez to fix what the other company couldn't do, and Zerorez took care of the stain. Technicians have been polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsible.
