Carpets look good, and several spots disappeared.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez to clean carpets in out rental unit in preparation for next tenant and am very pleased with the results.
Carpet is fairly new, but there was the standard foot traffic path from front door to kitchen and bedroom by occupants after two years. Zerorez Technician, Lane, had them looking like new when done. I consider you my go-to carpet cleaning service, and would highly recommend to anyone needing the service.
I liked the pet urine removal service. However, I’d recommend the technician always carry a black light to identify all urine spots so some spots are not missed. My tech did a good job on a few obvious Dog marking urine spots but I learned a day or so later there were several smaller hot spots he should have hit. I used my own black light when he was at my home but i didn’t know that I should perform a thorough check of every room.
That’s why I hired zerorez to clean the carpets in the first place. Don’t get me wrong. My tech was wonderfully obliging, but he could have gone even a little further.
I have used Zerorex for several years. They are always ahead of time, work efficiently, are neat, clean and respective. I am very pleased with their service. They have a wonderful product, chemical free.
I like that there are no chemicals and everyone that has been to my home over the years, is professional, friendly, and knowledgable about the product .

The two men were very nice and were through in an hour.The carpet is just damp and should be totally dry by tomorrow AM. It looks a shade lighter and the spots are gone.

The technicians are all very responsible and professional. There is not too much trying to sell other services (a little) however that is business. They are very thorough in their cleaning, friendly, and work hard to be sure you are satisfied. They come within the time they are expected and/or they call to give you and update. The office staff is professional and courteous.

Clean carpet with no residue so they stay clean
The technician was businesslike and friendly. He presented a neat appearance and wore shore covers in the house. The equipment was clean. The carpet looks great.
Service is outstanding! The guys are knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and they do a great job.
The girls us were very prompt. Called me ahead of time and let me they were on there way. One carpet was bad with dog pee and it is 100% better. Other carpet looks great and so does the sofa. Will definitely use them again!
Within the given time range, quick service and good price. Will see the heavy traffic carpet clean up is after it dries but looks good so far!
