We have used Zerorez many times over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of the technicians (very polite and professional) the punctuality (always within 5-10 minutes of when they say they will be there) and most of all, how our carpet looks when they are done! With two dogs and an elderly cat, my carpet has it's share of messes, but Zerorez always gets the odor and the stains out for good!

The carpet is fourteen years old, and is a cream color, and still looks like new even with two cats and a 110 pound dog, and a husband..... thanks to regular maintenance and care from Zerorez!
Our sofa and love seat are seven years old, we have them cleaned every couple of years, they too look absolutely new as well.
I have always been very happy Zerorez and while I have tried many companies before discovering you, we will only use Zerorez!

I was happy with the prompt arrival and contact with your employees yesterday. The carpet looks great, now waiting to walk on it when completely dry. Hard to comment yet about my other rugs, because they were taken away to be cleaned. I'll be able to say more when I get them back.

Big shout out to Tony--arrived on time, very helpful and professional and genuinely cares about the job he does--told me to wear booties so I didn't get "his" newly cleaned carpets dirty!
Great personality, very helpful and did a super job on my very dirty carpets.

Was very pleased with results.
Technicians were very professional, polite and efficient.

No Chemicals, all though the sanitizer for pet stains did leave some odor, not sure I would go for that treatment again.

The only negative, I was not expecting the carpet to take 24 hours to dry.

Overall the carpet looks great.

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Got my carpets clean and left a very faint (which I like) scent of clean. Quick too.

The technician, Lane Scott, was prompt and very efficient. My carpet looks brand new.

The two gentlemen who came to my house were hard workers, friendly and helpful. They reminded me of the first two that came to my house. The last few did not do a thorough job. The two who came yesterday did a fantastic job. I thought the question was "would I recommend the company to another?" My reply was an 8. If I was to rate the two gentlemen I would definitely give them a 10.

I did not intend to pay so much but they did a great job on my sofa and easy chairs.
