Guy was very personable, polite and did a great job.

Was a little disappointed because it ended up costing more than $99. I had a small den, dining room, vanity area of my bathroom and a very small hallway cleaned. It was always acceptable under the $99 special in the past.

I have a cockatoo, and I don’t have to worry about Zerorez’s carpet cleaning harming her. Zerorez also gets out the stains I thought sure were there for good.

The technicians called to let us know they were running a bit late. They came and did the job in a timely manner. They were very polite. The carpet is clean and almost dry on day 2 after the service.

Everything, actually. I've been a regular customer for at least 15-18 years now. I only use Zerorez because of the special water system; no soaps; no residues; carpets always look fantastic.
