I had a technician come out to get out drops of blood and he ended up selling me some stuff for $35 for blood removal and when they left the drops were still there. I called Monica and told her that it did not come out (first time ever and I have used Zerorez for many years) Tony Last name removed came yesterday and got it all out-however, he was told to charge me $150 for a re-do. After being a dedicated customer I would have thought that it would be no charge. Disappointed. Tony did a great job.

The cleaners who came were very pleasant and very helpful. There was a stain that I was very worried about, but they got it out quite quickly and very reasonably.

It's a little too soon to comment on your product, or the results of the service provided (time will tell) but the two individuals who cleaned my carpets did an incredible job and were very accommodating. They were both extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I would have this particular team back to my home in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Thank you.

The cleaning product is very natural and not chemical. Cleans effectively and the carpet looks clean. Wish it dried quicker though. Would be easier if the product also had a a stain resistant product incorporated into the product.

Company does as advertised. Carpet is very clean w/o soap residue left behind. Carpet dries fast and is very fluffy again. Employees come within agreed upon window and give a call when they are about 30 min out. Always found carpet cleaners to be polite and careful with our furnishings
