Client Testimonials
The first time I used your business it was mediocre. I decided to give you another try. The gentlemen who cleaned my carpet on the second try did an excellent and thorough job.
Did a nice job even though can't get all stains out
Great service

Jon McCoy was awesome !!! he was so nice and did such a good job, explaining the process, and giving me hints how to keep my carpet clean.

Very professional tech. He explained everything to me up front. He was very through and did an excellent job.
My home does not smell of cleaner, after they leave. Very friendly, and will listen to me if I have a question.
Rico and his partner were awesome. Second time we have had Zerorez do our couch and first time having the carpet cleaned. They were very professional and made sure we were happy before they left. Will definetly use them again!
Very professional and great result.
We liked everything about your company
I was very pleased.
I like that there was no smell afterwards. Tony was very informative. He told me about each procedure. Using the brush to get excess hair and other stuff caught in the carpet. The whole procedure didn't take very long.
I can always count on my carpets looking wonderful. The technician has always arrived during the time frame. The person who did my cleaning Thursday was very polite and professional.

All stains removed. Smells clean. I am happy.
very friendly service
Very good
Dried fairly quickly and did not have that "stiff " feeling to the carpet. I was very impressed with how well they came out. Great job. I would definitely recommend your firm again. The service person who handled our job was thorough, professional, personable and worked rapidly. Thanks for a great job.
Everyone is nice and they care about their work
The cleaning is great but the customer service is what truly sets Zero Rez apart! I was blown away by how exceptional Andre was at not only working hard to make sure everything was spotless but also how knowledgeable and kind he was. I was sure customer service was a thing of the past but after my last experience with Andre and Zero Rez I’m not so sure. Keep up the good work guys!
