The only area of concern was the closet doors were not opened during cleaning to get the edge of the carpet. This would have been a small task and appreciated. Thank you.

Friendly, efficient service person (Trevor did our carpets and did a great job). Carpets are clean and soft. My carpets are nearly 30 years old, and Zerorez really fluffs them and makes them look great!

Your Technicians are professional, with good communication and after cleanings I don't see old stains later resurfacing and the pricing seems reasonable.

You don't use soap. Zerorez is the most environmentally safe carpet cleaning company there is in the Bay Area. Also very nice staff.
