Carpets are very clean and the sub carpet stains do not come up nearly as fast with this service as they do with other types of carpet cleaning.
I also sent out a large area rug with a lot of stains and it came back looking like new after being submerged for 24 hours in an enzyme bath...fringe looks like new too....Really nice job.

Great service

Service was excellent. Anthony was very courteous and thorough. My only concern are the ridges left in several areas. I have had this happen last year and although I called to report this and sent pictures, NO ONE returned my call.

My solution is to place books along these ridges so carpets will dry flat.

They service technicians showed up on time, calling ahead to let me know of their arrival time. They were polite, and hard working.
