I was pleased with the professionalism of the crew that came to my home to clean my carpet. Also, having use the area rug cleaning service, I would definitely do that again! It was handled well, from taking the rug away to be cleaned at their facility, to the return to its place in my living room.

The technician was late (not his fault as the office made an error and switched 2 appointments) but was very competent, polite, helpful,and worked very hard. He did a very good job.

Upon arrival, the tech walked thru to assess the job and discuss the applications to completion. He unsold us with a pre-treatment step to deodorize and treat the dirtier spots.

the use of less water which allows the carpets to dry much faster
I had a technician come out to get out drops of blood and he ended up selling me some stuff for $35 for blood removal and when they left the drops were still there. I called Monica and told her that it did not come out (first time ever and I have used Zerorez for many years) Tony Last name removed came yesterday and got it all out-however, he was told to charge me $150 for a re-do. After being a dedicated customer I would have thought that it would be no charge. Disappointed. Tony did a great job.

The cleaners who came were very pleasant and very helpful. There was a stain that I was very worried about, but they got it out quite quickly and very reasonably.
Number one; My rugs get really clean. Spots the other rugs cleaners could not get out, you did remove. The two young men were polite and very efficient. I have used Nikko before and asked for him again. Will ask for you and him again. Name removed
