Very efficient and the service is excellent
2nd time I am using the service and the person cleaning was new - but just as professional as the first time. Did a great job, didn't make any impossible promises, but carpets are cleaned very well and most stains are removed. I am aware that our carpet is over 20 years old, off white and we have pets...makes it hard to clean and to keep clean, but this is the best service I have found over the years and I will continue to use them.
