I like that it's easy to make an appointment. I like that there are $99 specials. I like that there is no chemical smell after the carpets are cleaned. But most of all, I like when the person that comes out is professional and kind. Today, Anthony Garcia came to clean our carpets and he did an excellent job and was very professional and kind. He called ahead of time and asked if he could come early (which was great!) and it totally worked out. He worked quickly and efficiently and made the carpets look great. He said hi to our dogs and was friendly and kind the whole time. So like I mentioned before, I care that the technician that comes is professional and kind and Anthony was both! I will definitely call again and ask for him. Thanks!

I especially like that the carpets don't attract dirt quickly due to the absence of residue left in the carpet. That is a real plus.
As to the cost, I have had my entire house cleaned for what you charge to do two rooms and the hall. And, they have put back the small pieces of furniture with protection on the legs. This makes it easier for me. However, I use your service because of the lack of residue left in the carpet,
