I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT MY CARPETS DON'T TAKE 8 HOURS TO DRY. I JUST PUT OUT A FEW FANS AND THEY WERE DRY IN 3-4 HOURS. I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE SALES/PROMOTIONS THAT I CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF. The people! We had grout that was very difficult to get clean. The rep cleaning had to call in his manager to help and both worked very hard. We were pleased with their effort and transparency on the results. We were happy with the outcome and thier customer service efforts. Great job.
