Carpet and floors are very clean. Dried quickly. I like that there was no or low chemical impact to my home.
The cleaning team was very helpful. All a good experience, except for the damage to my furniture. I knew it was a risk that my mid century modern furniture can get chipped or scratched. I prepared everything so the furniture could be moved out to avoid being hit by hoses or equipment. However, the furniture didn’t get moved and hoses did rub on the edges of the furniture. I would prefer to have no chips and scratches on the furniture. It was like new.

I have young grandchildren that okay and roll around on our carpets and I feel your cleaning products are safer for them.

The service technicians are always very personable and professional. My carpets, tile and upholstery all look and smell great. I love that I can walk barefoot on my carpet and not have 'waxy' feet. Having the extra treatments (I have a dog) plus the scotchguarding gives me a feeling of confidence for holiday entertainment.

My rugs clean up very nicely. I have a small dog so was very concerned about toxic materials or excess soap or other residuals left from the cleaning on the rugs. The dog seems fine. I am not bothered either. I will use ZeroRez again. This was my 3rd or 4th time using them and I've been satisfied each time. I recommend.

The cleaning process was fast and the carpet looks like new!! The two person crew where friendly and quick. they spent about an hour cleaning the living room, hallway and one bedroom.

They showed up on time. They were polite and did a very good job (except for not telling me that they broke a bowl) on my extremely old/extremely filthy carpets. The company knocked my price down because of the bowl incident, so that was very fair of them. I will be having them come out next month to do my kitchen, hallway and bathroom floors. Next time I need my carpets cleaned I will definitely call them again.
