The technicians, Ricardo G and Allan M were very professional, competent, efficient, and friendly. Ricardo recommended adding cleaning the sofa and quickly addressed my concerns about pricing by telling me about the less expensive alternative and reminding me of the promotional discount. The carpet and sofa came out very clean and dried fairly fast.
My carpets, area rugs and upholstery always look great! The service is super efficient. My service person called me to let me know he was going to be a little late, and then followed up to make sure i knew his exact time of arrival.
I've had this service person twice in the last 6 months. His name is Daniel and he is a great representation of Zero Rez and their attention to detail.

Whole house carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning service at affordable price. Have used Zerorez services many times and will continue to do so.

I love your services...have used you many times in Walnut Creek and Oakland BUT that fact that you are charging so much more now to come to Walnut Creek I am not able to afford you. I can get carpets cleaned for less with other reputable companies that are local. I would always use you and donate blankets etc but not with the price that was quoted to me for coming to WC in the future. You have great folks working for you and do you a great cleaning job

My technician was great.. Daniel.. it was storming and roads to my house flooded; he found an alternate route. The last time I had my carpets cleaned was 10 years ago by Zerorez.. after two kids, two dogs, and numerous parties, it still looked great!!
