Daniel and Bryce were outstanding representation of the care and quality of your company. The 30 year old cream carpets look like NEW! There is no chemical smells lingering and my carpets are soft and NO stains resurfaced after the carpet dried! Daniel and Bryce were on time, friendly, and professional confirmed the appointment the day before and called 30 min before arriving. They were respectful of my home and focused on cleaning the carpet and troubled areas properly and I didn’t have to spend the entire day with them! Start to finish in 1 hour 15 min for a 1,200 ft of space! I highly recommend and will use zerorez again!

I like the fact that you use natural orange oil that's non-toxic to remove stains and you use a clean extraction technique that leaves the rug smelling clean fresh and feels good the drying time was not that bad spots are removed the rug looks a lot cleaner the professionalism of the technician that comes to clean the rug he listens he also clean my dryer vent which freed it up and my clothes are drying much better he made sure I could feel air current from the dryer vent after he cleaned it very happy with the time allotment the time slot that I'm given is honored all the time I usually get a call right from the person right before they're on their way the price is good with the sale of 40%
