I liked the fact that no chemicals were used on our one year old carpet. Our area rug is on prego wood. We were concerned that that wetness from cleaning this rug would seep through and damage the floor. The rugs were not sopping wet! No moisture went through the area rug. We are very pleased. The area rug is eight years old andnever cleaned. It now looks brand new. Thank you!
