They are really nice people and very reasonable. They do a good job on our carpet and they pick up a lot of stains. Every stain comes out eventually, and they don't return when the rug gets dry. Some stains come out right away and others fade in about 2-4 treatments. But the rugs stay nice and stay clean looking for at least 8 weeks. I have them done every 3 months. They smell good for at least a week.

I like the job they did but there was one problem. They put a rocking chair (rungs down on a just cleaned bedspread. Fortunately it did not soil the spread but they should have asked me where to move it or just put it in the hall with others.

It works and the technicians are professional and informative. Clean up was spotless.
