You do a great job on my carpet. Looks like new when done for the most part.my carpet is pretty old.some spots just won't come out. The last tech "myles " did a great,great job.he was very polite,answered all questions. Would really like him back when we need cleaning again.

I have already recommend zerorez to my niece in San Jose.
I think ZEROEZ does a very good job of cleaning my carpets and have done so for several years. Just had carpets cleaned on Saturday 7/27 at my mothers' house. The two gentlemen who came inspected the areas to be cleaned and went through the costs in advance. They did a great job.
The tech was very friendly and capable. Andre was his name I think.
I am wondering if you changed your formula. We have an ancient cat that throws up, and every time you have come, the results are fantastic and all stains are gone. This last visit, the stains were better, but were not gone. Same with the time before. I would appreciate a call to discuss. Thank you.

Service is excellent. Personal are so accomplished in the work they due. Tried other companies but my carpets never look as good as when zero Rez did them.
On time and friendly technicians. They attempted to remove a large stain in a bedroom due to a window leak, it looked like it was gone, but when it dried, the stain remained. We were wondering out loud if you have products to remove stubborn stains. On the other-hand one of the tech was able to remove a nickel size permanent marker stain out of the carpet in another room. The thin hose used to prepare the carpet for cleaning burned our lawn in the area where the hose was resting on the lawn, in all the years we have used your company this has not happened before. The workmanship and effort was excellent and we will continue to use Zerorez and to refer you to others in the future.
