Ed did a fantastic job! I have used Zerorez a few times in the past but it had been a few years since I had my carpets cleaned. To tell the truth, I really thought the 35 year old off-white carpets were hopeless and had to be replaced. There were a lot of ugly dark stains and traffic areas that were closer to black than white, plus some water damage from a backed up drain.
But I thought I'd take a chance and see how bad it was after cleaning.

So I shocked when I saw what Ed did! All my carpets look like new again. There are no signs of the damage or stains or traffic! No need to replace the carpets! In fact it's so beautiful I can't believe it's my condo! Also Ed was extremely professional, courteous and showed up right on time. I will definitely make it a habit to use Zerorez more frequently and also recommend you to my neighbors in the condominium, many have the same 35 year old carpets as I do!
