Oscar came early (after a quick and brief question if an earlier start worked for us) and went over what it was we wanted done. He caught a double hallway charge and got it reduced to one hallway. Places which were quite excessively soiled he was able to clean so that they were unnoticeable. He worked efficiently and with clear extra effort to provide us with an excellent job.

Friendly booking service, on-time cleaning technician, carpets and couch very clean! Only complaint, the smell after cleaning seemed chlorinated, almost like a bit of swimming pool smell but it has dissipated within the last 24 hrs.
The Representative was alone and did a great job. I did not like that he identified so much more cleaning than I anticipated but we have an animal that created lots of opportunities for cleaning that he had an eye for and I did not. As much as I did not like my bill, I am happy with the service. I am always happy with the services. From date of establishment of this company in San Jose, I have been using them and I have no complaints. I particular like that they do leave the carpets much dryer than other companies I have hired.

I like the fact that you do not use soap in your cleaning process. Your employees arrive on time, give us a call 30 min. before their arrival and listen to any concerns we might have about getting spots out of our white carpet.

Joe did a great job on our carpets - my only complaint is your Zerorez truck leaked oil on my driveway...get your trucks checked. I don't want clean carpets at the expense of a dirty/oily driveway. (BTW - The driveway cost more than our carpet)
