You do a great job on my carpet. Looks like new when done for the most part.my carpet is pretty old.some spots just won't come out. The last tech "myles " did a great,great job.he was very polite,answered all questions. Would really like him back when we need cleaning again.

I have already recommend zerorez to my niece in San Jose.
I think ZEROEZ does a very good job of cleaning my carpets and have done so for several years. Just had carpets cleaned on Saturday 7/27 at my mothers' house. The two gentlemen who came inspected the areas to be cleaned and went through the costs in advance. They did a great job.
The tech was very friendly and capable. Andre was his name I think.
I am wondering if you changed your formula. We have an ancient cat that throws up, and every time you have come, the results are fantastic and all stains are gone. This last visit, the stains were better, but were not gone. Same with the time before. I would appreciate a call to discuss. Thank you.

Scott and Kevin arrived right on time, looked at carpet (25 year old wool Berber) and told us would be almost impossible to do anything but clean worn and well used paths in it and we knew that but just wanted it cleaned. And that they did and I do mean cleaned it well and to our satisfaction and I want to acknowledge them by giving them an outstanding 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Was a real warm day in So.S.F. but they didn't let that stop them from getting right to it. We did tell them how well we were please and they left with a tip and a cool drink. Took sometime to dry but they left us some booties that we had asked for. Thanks Scott and Kevin. I will ask for them next time if they are still with company. Great employees for Zerorez. Very polite and friendly.
