Our technicians were great. The only issue was the heat didn’t come on heat when it got cold yesterday and we turned it on for first time after their service. We had to have an hvac service tech come out yesterday evening. A switch had been flipped off. He only had to reset it and we had heat. So there will be a service charge for this.
The guys are always pleasant and try to make sure we are pleased with the carpets before leaving.

The tech is professional, honest, and accommodating. We used Darryl (spelling?) and he was efficient when it came to cleaning our carpet. He let us know that the high traffic wears the carpet out and to vacuun more. I appreciated that. The chemicals are pet safe, baby safe, and smell so clean. It kills the germs.

I tried to go the cheaper route one time getting my carpet cleaned and I ended up having to call Zeroez to come fix what they did. Zeroez is not over price at all and if you think it is just remember the quality service you are receiving. I will always use Zeroez for my carpet cleaning. I have pets and they are very hard on our carpet and when a Zeroez technician leaves my carpet looks brand new and smells AMAZING.
