Zerorez tech, David S. was great! He was professional and gave tips on getting carpet to dry quickly. Carpet looks wonderful and dried quickly. I liked the online scheduling.

The Zerorez Technician was very pleasant and very courteous. He did a very good job cleaning two bedroom and two closet carpets. While he was at my home I enquired about the cost of cleaning two rugs and the quote for both (a 10 x 7 and a 5 x 6) was so reasonable that I had the technician take them both away for cleaning. The turnaround time was only seven to ten days for return and laying them back in place. The Technicians are very efficient, my appointment was confirmed by text and the Technician gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was on his way - which I appreciated). Overall I am very impressed with the service and would recommend to friends and family.
