I liked the pickup of rugs from my home. The technician did an excellent job on my sofa as well. I was disappointed that they couldn't get all the stains out of my rug, but they are definitely much better than they were before!
Our experience was amazing and our tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I didn’t have much hope for my couches and had low expectations as to what could actually be done to clean them - our technician made them look almost brand new! He also went through extra care recommendations and left a spot cleaner to assist in the future! Definitely will use again!

Professional was on time and explained everything to me before starting the service. I was asked to look at the carpet when he was done and he explained to me that the spots that did not come up, would not. I used the cleaner he gave me and a toothbrush and was able to get the spots that did not come up with the carpet cleaning up. I am surprised that if this is the same solution that the spots did not come up with his cleaning. Regardless, my carpets look great and are nice and clean.

Employee was informative and very professional. It was quick and the house smelt great after the cleaning. After it dried there were still some spots from before. Zerorez rescheduled a follow up appointment to handle the spots that weren't eradicated the first time.
