The technician was great! The person scheduling and the contact person could use some work in customer relations. Is our call, I had that impression with Zerorez in the past. I love your product and the people who come out. The scheduling was not good, and when I called to ask about it the person answering was not particularly accommodating.

I love how efficient and self-reliable the company’s system was. They have their own water system built into their truck and did not have to use any of our house’s water. I also appreciate how knowledgeable and professional Deparr Mason, our cleaner, was. The way he spoke to us about the carpet cleaning process made it seem like he was genuinely happy and passionate about what he does. I really love how my carpet looks now, and if I ever need another cleaning I will be sure to call zerorez and have Deparr Mason as my cleaner.
