Our technician was great. Friendly, knowledgable, reviewed the rooms with us and explained the process. We had bad pet/urine stains and smells on the carpet and they all came out!
When we booked the appointment I told them about the pet stains and they didn't promise the world, but set good and real expectations so I would understand that not all stains can be removed, but explained that if the tech felt he couldn't get them out or at least partially, they would tell us before starting the process. They all came out though and we are really pleased. I had used zerores many years ago and was happy then and am happy now.

Not only on time but early so I didn't have to waste my day. Friendly, efficient, looked very professional. They were the first carpet company that did NOT ruin my newest white sofa -- yea! Couldn't be happier and will highly recommend, AND use them next year instead of my free apartment complex service. Best of all, NO CARPET RESIDUE!!

The service was great! The technicians were very personable and professional. They came in and explained what they were going to do and got right to work. I was very please with the results. My carpets look clean , dried quickly, and felt good under my bare feet! I also like the fact the products used are odorless and left no gritty residue.

Impressed with Zerorez's customer service, as well the actual carpet cleaning. Even when Zerorez discovered their quote was 100's of dollars below what it should have been, they they did the job w/o raising their original price. I was very pleased with the cleaning job they did on my 20x18 rug and a stairway carpet. I'm awaiting the return of a very expensive oriental rug they took back to their facility clean. Zerorez is a little pricy, but their care & cleaning is worth the extra money; I will use them again.

This time Carlton suggested grout cleaning in my bathroom and I was blown away by the results. My 61 year old bathroom has never looked this good. Great company!
