The customer service from beginning to end was top notch! This includes the customer service rep who scheduled my rug pickup, the team that came out to retrieve my order and the mgmt team that worked with me on rug delivery. I was so impressed with the service and quality of my rug cleaning that I also bought the rug pad recommended that is 1000 times better than the rubber foam one historically used. Would highly recommend Zerorez for your cleaning services.

Edley was so incredibly wonderful and friendly with exceptional customer service! We had some spots pop back up after the carpets dried, but thanks to the 30 day guarantee Edley came right back out and was more than happy to retreat those spots and make sure we were 100% happy! We have used Zerorez for 7yrs now and will definitely continue using them! We had to use a different company last year because Zerorez was booked for the time we needed, but it was awful and we won't make that mistake again!

The tech explained how the product works, and the process of how he was going to apply the product. My carpets turned out very beautiful, and dried after a few hours. The tech Tyson was very nice and professional.
The carpets are cleaned, there are no chemical odors lingering, the technicians are polite and answer any questions. The technician calls when they are on the way to your house, and come within the given appointment time.
