He was very knowledgeable and informed me of a bio treatment to the carpet that would eliminate the odor from the previous owner's cat so my dog wouldn't be marking or going nuts. House smelled great afterwards. Not to mention he had a special trainee with him that spoke volumes about the integrity and dedication the management has to this franchise. WELL DONE!
