Zerorez provided professional customer service throughout my carpet cleaning, This was important for me because it was my first time using Zerorez. Our technician Anthony was thorough in explaining what services were being provided. And I must admit my carpet looks great! I would definitely recommend Zerrorez!

A Zerorez representative called and had a technician available to come earlier than our scheduled time which worked well for us. He was thorough and careful though I had understood a little differently about the cost break down from the rep on the phone. He cleared it up and gave us the choice whether to continue or not. We had biological medical spills on the carpet and the technician was able to get out about 90% with which I was thrilled.

They were on time. I received advance notification of their arrival. When the guy got here he introduced himself. He came in inspected the carpet and explained the process. He shampooed the carpet and explained the drying process. He was extremely polite and informative. Definitely using them again.

Tyson is a fantastic employee and did a great job. The only issue I have with ZeroRez corporate is a consistent charge of $16 as a licensing fee which is NOT advertised in your specials, and is always incorporated in your final invoice. As such, it is a lack of truth in advertising.
