Only water is used to clean the carpet, (no added toxic chemicals) yet the finished product was amazingly clean, spots removed leaving a fresh clean and natural smell in the house

Zerorez consistently does a great job. Just had them out again to do a room refresh and as usual any little spots or stains are gone, plus the carpets dried quickly with no residue. I won't use any other cleaning service. Also, their technicians are some of the nicest people I've met in the service industry.

Zerorez did their usual great job. I do get confused when pricing does not acknowledge email promotions or radio promotions and the service fee is not advertised so the final price is much higher than expected.
