The technician showed up at the early part of the window. He was very professional and thorough. The job was done correctly and the carpet looked great after he finished. The payment was easy to do. All in all it was some od the best service that I have experienced. This is the 3rd time I have used Zerorez. I used another company between the 2nd and 3rd time I had the carpets cleaned and the spots came back in 2 weeks. I will use Zerorez only from now on

Your team, headed by Tim, got to my house and stayed after the problem with the dryer vent line until it was fixed. It even started raining a January cold rain and the guys stayed after it until the issue was taken care of. They were very professional and wore mask & booties, then cleaned up afterwards.
