The technician Ryan, and his assistant were polite, friendly, helpful, and very thorough. Ryan explained the whole process in a way that I felt his main focus was to educate me, so that I can make the right decision. I did not get the sense that he was pushing me to spend more, but I ended up spending a lot more than I had planned, because I felt comfortable that Ryan was genuine in his explanation of my situation. I already feel the difference in my house since they completed their work.

1. On-time arrival.
My Technician Joseph was on time for my appointment, I value my time and the fact that he was was punctual shows that he was respectful of it.
2. He wanted to make sure that he understood my needs.
I shared with Joseph how I experienced a pet stain odor that I tried unsuccessfully on my end treat, along with my other carpet needs.
He then explained to me, the services your company offered, and how he could take care of them, so that I was fully aware of the services rendered.
3. He made sure that I was satisfied with the service.
As he cleaned my carpet/rooms, he wanted to know if the work he did was to my satisfaction -and if it wasn't, wanted to know what could he do to make it right.
By Joseph doing this, let me know he truly cared about my needs. On a scale from 1-10, I give him a 10+. When I need your services again; I personally want him to return because of the great job he did!
