Technicians were very good.
My only problem with the company is your telephone access.
When calling to make appointment put on hold, and then I had to wait for call back.
Same problem why someone called to say tech was on the way. I could not answer that call.
When I called back, same problem put on hold for a long time.

The technician (Amari) was top notch. He provided me with the options, but was not pushy when I declined. I had a technician in the past who wouldn't stop making up reasons why I needed to upgrade and that it is why I hadn't used your service in so long. He did a great job cleaning the carpets. Will definitely use the service again.

The cleaner is amazing. Got out some stubborn stains. The technician Darius was very professional, courteous, knew his job from the front,middle, and back of the book. He didn't miss a spot literally. He stated that he cleans his customer's carpet just like he would do his own. He was 100 percent correct.

Professional from beginning to end… customer service to set the appointment, technician (Joseph is excellent) providing solutions to troubled areas/suggestions for future protection of carpet, and quality of work. Love that the carpet dries faster than other companies’ product. And, the process works… stains gone. Have been a Zerorez customer for almost a decade. Recommend you use their cleaning on a regular basis to keep your carpets looking great! Very satisfied customer!!
