My experience with Zerorez was so much more than I could ask for; Steve the technician arrived not just on time but 15 mins early, inquired about any concerns or problem areas, gave a full explanation of the process and what I should expect while he completed the cleaning, was so very courteous to ask if the noise or scents while cleaning were of any bother to me... his work was pleasant, thorough, swift and neat( it may be something small but I enjoy seeing the consistent pattern left by the cleaning device). My experience with Zerorez was more than I could ask for a first time user of the service, but I'd like to note that the Customer Service provided by the technician Steve was the icing on the cake which will what will ensure my status as a returning customer!
