Zerorez Alpharetta tackled our elderly mother’s carpets and did such an excellent job in getting them as clean as possible. We knew it was going to be quite a job and were concerned that they wouldn’t come clean. Spencer was so kind and considerate of our mother‘s home! The carpets look so much better! We will definitely use them in the future and Spencer should be commended for the professionalism and kindness he displayed!

Technician was very polite and courteous. He did a really good job and overall I was very pleased with the way my carpets turned out.

We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies before, however, Zerorez carpet cleaning made them feel cleaner and fuller than any of the others. The technician was friendly, informative and most importantly on time. I would highly recommend using them

Technicians have always been very professional, courteous and great to be around. Dillon was the same, a delight to talk to and he did a phenomenal job on my carpets.

The technician arrived promptly and was prepared for the service. He advised me that my staircase really counted as one since I have a split foyer. He was polite and answered all my questions. The carpet looks refreshed.
