I was very plessed with the visit. The technician Donta was very professional and represented the company well. He thoroughly explained his findings, accompanied with pictures, and presented all the pertinent information so that I could make the right decision. I had the UV box installed to kill germs and mold growing in my unit. I have had 3 service technicians come to.my home between November 2022 and early July and none of them provided me the information that Donta gave. I now appreciate the fact that the air circulating in my home is cleaner and we can breathe safely.

Since my dog had lost control of his functions, there were many places the technician had to clean. Once the thick carpet was dry, I noticed that some areas which were still fragrant. I called the Zerorez office and told them of the problem. They immediately scheduled Lavar to return at my convenience to focus on the areas which were still visible. In short order, Lavar cleaned the offensive areas. I believe the carpet is much better now. I am grateful that the work was done and appears to be clean. Also, I am grateful there was no charge for the follow up work.
