It was a TRUE PLEASURE from beginning to end, and there are VERY FEW companies nowadays about which this can be said! From the ease of scheduling and re-scheduling (due to my schedule), to the call-ahead when on their way, to the professionalism of the technician who cleaned my carpets, to the "no hard upsell" which was appreciated, to the great job and care he took in my home. Such a breath of fresh air!!

On time, great quality and knowledgeable technicians.

Tech explained process and service we'd agreed to when making the appointment. Discussed more thorough treatment available (in select areas) and we went with that. So far, very happy with the results (though the extra treatment areas are STILL damp, even with fan blowing in the area. Humidity is contributing to this, I'm sure.

Tech was polite, thorough, made sure we understood the process, and did most of the listed check-offs they provided (for explanations, protection of property during service, etc.).
