The $19 trip fee was ridiculous in light of the fact we spent a few hundred dollars for the services. Charging a trip fee and requiring a minimum services fee is a little excessive.

Everything was excellent. We could tell that the technicians really took pride in their work. Nobody asked not to wear coverings on their shoes, either.

We were really impressed with the team. The fact that our ducts had both mold and building material debris in them was prett disturbing, but having the team show us their work after it was done gave all the peace of mind in the world.

Our carpet cleaning was great. The price point to add a protectant was a no-brainer.

Had a great experience with Zerorez. My appointment was scheduled very quickly after requested. I was given reminders and even given a heads up my tech was on the way. My tech was detailed in the process, asking questions, recommending services and doing a close out walkthrough. Definitely will use Zerorez again.
