We have used ZEROREZ for years and have always been satisfied with the service and results. DJ was our tech yesterday. He was on time, courteous, professional, and did a fine job. It takes some skill to manage the hoses while working on three floors. While doing so, he took precautions to protect our wood work, especially the corners.

The service tech Brian Frazier was very good he did an excellent job, the stairs were very dirty when the carpet dried they look 95% better. I asked for his card so I can request him the next time he takes pride in a job well done.
