Communication was pleasant and professional throughout the entire process from appointment set-up, the carpet cleaning, and the payment. Kaevon, our technician, texted us as promised as to when to expect him during our three hour appointment window. He used shoe covers in the house and did a thorough and efficient job of cleaning our carpets.

Making the appointment was seamless. The tech was at my house at 10:15 when the wi Dow was 10-1. I appreciated that. He was extremely professional and got to work immediately. The company honored the quoted price and the carpets were spotless. Overall this was a great experience and I will use them again in the future.
