They last s little longer than most!

I like the consistency of the service, no matter who the technician in. This time, the service was as expected with one exception. The technician, Chris, asked me if I had a bottle of the spot cleaner that he could refill, as they did not have any new bottles. I gave him the bottle I had and he refilled it with fresh spot cleaner. That was two days ago. Today, I walked outside the fence on the driveway where he had parked his truck, and I saw that our liriope had died in a very consistent way that indicated that something had been poured over it, killing the leaves. It had to have been the spot cleaner he poured out. Very disappointing, as he could have poured it on the driveway without any damage to my plants.

It was quick and easy to set up an appointment. The price for service was also very fair.

The team showed up on time and were very prompt in their work assessment. The cleaned our dryer vent which was dirty. The air ducts were still clean and did not need work. Jacob was wonderful! He placed covers over his shoes which I really appreciated. He did a thorough cleaning and suctioned the excess water so that it was completely dry the next morning. The carpet looks great!
