Making an appointment and scheduling is easy. Tom arrived promptly (and in my case an hour earlier than scheduled-yea!). They telephone 15-30 minutes before arrival. Got the job done and left. The carpet in our case was not heavily soiled but still, this 12 year old carpet looks like new. All employees are polite, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend them.
