It is rare that a technician’s professionalism and friendliness far exceed the exceptional product and service provided. Our carpets look new, but that is expected from a company with a reputation like Zerorez. What is not expected, these days, is a technician with a great personality like Steve who you feel you’ve known for years, who also does an outstanding job. If Zerorez keeps technicians like Steve, then they will keep getting my business.

Received a confirmation of booking a few days before appointment and a phone call day of appointment advising they are on the way.
