Excellent service overall. Took great interest in understanding what we wanted and how best to attack the rooms, considering two work-from-home professionals. Took very good care to protect door frames and other household goods. Steve was professional, courteous, motivated to perform, and quick to get to work. He took time to explain what he was going to do then show us what work had been completed as he completed each room.

We are so thankful you were able to fit us in last minute. We had unexpected company coming in and you were able to accommodate us. Our carpet is back to looking beautiful and company ready. Your technician took extra care and did a marvelous job !!
